We have fitted out the kitchenette in an existing commercial space, with the aim of adapting the space for everyday use without compromising its industrial character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The work involved installing and modifying services, including water, drainage and electrical systems, and fitting a bespoke kitchen unit. Existing pipework has largely been left exposed and, where necessary, modified and extended. Walls have been repaired in places and given a technical finish, without a full finish, so that the existing concrete and services remain visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A continuous work and seating area has been created along the fa\u00e7ade, making the space suitable not only as a kitchenette but also as a place to spend time and work during the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result is a functional and robust space that complements the existing building. This project demonstrates our experience in creating facilities within industrial environments, with a focus on usability, technical aspects and preserving the existing character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
